Return & Exchange Policy – LiveFla.co

We want you to love your LiveFla gear! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items, face coverings, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
You can submit your request directly from your LiveFla.co account:
Log in to your account at LiveFla.co.
Go to Order History and select the order containing the item(s).
Click Request Return or Request Exchange and follow the prompts.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions.
If you checked out as a guest or prefer email, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and details of your request.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return/exchange is due to our error.
We cover the cost of shipping replacement items back to you for approved exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time for Exchanges
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item.
If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement.
